Position: Home Health CNA

Overview:

The Home Health CNA collaborates with nurses (RN and LPN) to assist residents with daily living activities.

Core Duties:

• Provide care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Respect and uphold the rights of each resident.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Support the nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Aid in treatments and assessments as required by the nursing team.
• Participate in restorative and rehabilitation care under proper guidance.
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state where employed.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
