Job Title: Medication Aide (CNA)

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Medication Aide (CNA) provides support to nurses (RN and LPN) by assisting residents with daily living tasks.

Key Tasks:

Care for multiple residents within the facility.
Ensure the protection and respect of resident rights.
Assist with personal care and daily activities.
Aid nurses with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Help in delivering treatments and assessments as directed by nursing staff.
Engage in restorative and rehabilitation efforts under supervision.
Demonstrate reliability by adhering to a consistent work schedule.

Qualifications Required:

Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
