What You'll Do:

• Provide resident care tailored to individual needs and care plans.
• Assist with ADLs and help during mealtimes.
• Monitor and record vital signs (TPRs and blood pressure).
• Maintain infection control standards and follow care center policies.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to supervisors promptly.

What You Need:

• CNA certification in New York State
