Key CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs) to meet their comfort and care needs.
• Monitor and support residents during meals.
• Record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure).
• Follow infection control policies and long-term care guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.

CNA Requirements:

• CNA certification in New York State
