Residents' daily living activities will be helped by the Medical Assistant (CNA) as directed by the nurses (RN and LPN). A CNA shall carry out essential duties, such as taking care of multiple residents, keeping an eye on Resident Rights, providing personal care and assisting with daily tasks, helping people switch between beds, and admitting or discharging residents. Also, administering treatments and analyzing residents are among a CNA's duties, along with guiding and checking restorative and rehab care given to various patients.Dependability and punctuality are consistently shown by CNAs during work hours.

In addition, CNAs must be able to work cordially with their peers.

• Providing assistance to multiple individuals residing in the care home.
• Observe Resident Rights
• Provide hands-on assistance to facilitate everyday tasks.
• Provide assistance to the nurse in handling the necessary paperwork and documentation for admission, transfer, and discharge
• Provide support to the nursing staff by assisting in the examination of residents and documenting their medical history
• Assist in the facilitation of restorative and rehab care by providing thorough instruction and close monitoring
• Be present at work as per the schedule and maintain a dependable and punctual work ethic.

The educational requirements for CNAs may vary depending on the state or institution:

• The state of practice and employment requires a current and legitimate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Capability to decode, encode, articulate, and interpret the English language.
• The capability to exercise independent judgment when the circumstances require it.
• Possessing the skill to work amicably with fellow team members.
