Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA) Key Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide care for residents with unique needs based on their diagnoses.
• Report any incidents of mistreatment or neglect, as well as unexplained injuries.
• Document care accurately using a computerized medical record system.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide post-mortem care when necessary.
• Measure and report vital signs as instructed.
• Conduct regular checks on residents and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Facilitate resident participation in their preferred activities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to navigate the facility and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of bending, lifting, and transporting both equipment and residents.
• Proficient in using computerized medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capacity for independent decision-making and effective collaboration with others.
