We Are Hiring! Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for day (7 AM - 3 PM), evening (3 PM - 11 PM), overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and double weekend shifts. Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000 for Full-Time CNAs and $1,500 for Part-Time CNAs!

Medication Aide (CNA) Core Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Address the unique needs of residents based on their diagnoses.
• Report any suspected mistreatment, neglect, or unexplained injuries.
• Accurately document resident care using computerized records.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and communicate findings to nursing staff.
• Promptly respond to resident requests.
• Provide post-mortem care as needed.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Conduct regular rounds and ensure cleanliness in the unit.
• Facilitate resident participation in their preferred activities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the facility and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in bending, lifting, and transporting both equipment and residents.
• Ability to navigate computerized medical record systems effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capacity to make independent decisions and collaborate effectively with staff.
