We Are Hiring! Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for day (7 AM - 3 PM), evening (3 PM - 11 PM), overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and double weekend shifts. Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000 for Full-Time CNAs and $1,500 for Part-Time CNAs!

Medication Aide (CNA) Core Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Address the unique needs of residents based on their diagnoses.
- Report any suspected mistreatment, neglect, or unexplained injuries.
- Accurately document resident care using computerized records.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and communicate findings to nursing staff.
- Promptly respond to resident requests.
- Provide post-mortem care as needed.
- Measure and document vital signs as directed.
- Conduct regular rounds and ensure cleanliness in the unit.
- Facilitate resident participation in their preferred activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move throughout the facility and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Proficient in bending, lifting, and transporting both equipment and residents.
- Ability to navigate computerized medical record systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CNA license in the state of practice.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Capacity to make independent decisions and collaborate effectively with staff.
