Join Us! We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for various shifts, including day (7 AM - 3 PM), evening (3 PM - 11 PM), overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and double weekend shifts. Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000 for Full-Time and $1,500 for Part-Time positions!

Patient Care Technician (CNA) Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Address the unique needs of residents related to their specific diagnoses.
- Report any suspected mistreatment, neglect, or unexplained injuries.
- Accurately document resident care using our computerized medical records.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report them to nursing staff.
- Promptly respond to resident call bells and requests.
- Provide post-mortem care as needed.
- Measure and document vital signs as directed.
- Conduct regular rounds and maintain cleanliness in the unit.
- Support residents in engaging with their preferred activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move throughout the facility.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Capable of bending and lifting to transport equipment and residents.
- Proficient in using computerized medical record systems.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid CNA license in the state.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Capacity to make independent decisions and work well with others.
